How much is enough for a pass-rushing DT? I will never play him at NT, so is 60 enough or should I shoot for 68?

I would definitely get it to 68. You may want to cap speed first, then come back for strength. I did strength before speed on my DT. I would not recommend trying to get by with 70 or less strength. My preference is mid 80s.

i can't imagine that capping speed before strength on a DT is a great way to do it... you lose out on something like 8 or 9 points from auto-leveling by doing that if you take your agility up to 81 from the start. (i'm assuming you meant 68 cap speed? if you meant 49...its less of a penalty, but still pretty big)

Strength on a Pass rushing DT is just to prevent pancakes. My level 53 DT has 76 strength in the pro leagues and has only been pancaked once or twice so far. In fact, I have more speed than strength on him.

You should have taken agility to the 5 point cap and follow it with strength

cool thanks for that info. My d.t has 84. I have been wondering for a while if it's enough. it's 76 natural. I might even be able to take out the custom and put it in agility or speed!

If you dont have the agility to combine with the strength, you will get pancaked. Need 100+ agility.
