Lets be frank. I joined GLB 3 days ago, and it's intensely obvious to me that at some point I'd like to own a team. It's equally obvious that I'd rather not go into that without knowing what I'm doing.

So, I'm looking for work as a DC/OC, Assistant DC/OC, Peewee, whatever it takes. I'd prefer to work for someone willing to mentor me along and give pointers while I do the grunt work, but as long as the person is understanding of my knowledge level, I will do whatever I need to, to learn it on my own if necessary. I'm an intelligent long time football fan with an above average understanding of offensive and defensive schemes, but more than likely will need to expand that knowledge in order to do this right. All of this suites me very well, I have time to kill, and the kind of passion for football that only comes from following the same team for 30 years. I don't follow other sports, so the offseason is normally a rough time for me. DCing or OCing a team in GLB is just the kind of thing that would allow me to feed my football addiction productively.

Holy friggin Carp guys.

Lol when I made my post, I figured I'd have to beg borrow and bleed to get the reigns to a team. But little did I understand the dearth of people wanting to do this job. Which just baffles me, but w/e =). Anyway, I have more offers than I could possibly field, and have accepted as many as I think I can handle. Thank you to everyone who was generous enough to offer to bring me along and teach me.
