I've seen better. My low level HB was much better at level 30, but he's a power back.

All that tells me is for an elusive back, you stopped adding agility and started adding carrying way too early. It's not about bars even. It's about being elusive as an elusive back.

74 agility would be the highest i'd even consider, so stopping at 68 can't be that bad

I disagree. 68 agility isn't enough to be truly elusive in my experience, and having higher agility AND speed allows you to adjust the build and also stack every ounce of gear on speed.

i agree that 68 isn't enough at all but i tend to think throwing one piece of EQ in agility is as effective as pumping it to 74 (at L40 you'd have about 78ish agility w/ 1 piece of EQ as opposed to about 75 or 76 agi if you bumped it to 74 and didn't put eq there). i haven't actually tried mathematically looking at this though, so you could very well be 100% right
edit: i also think its probably better to just bump it to 74 and throw a piece of EQ there on top of it. also, if you like higher than 74 agility (77+?) then yeah, 68 is waay too low.

um, im not done with agility, I am getting carrying up now, im getting a +3 agility +1 Juke piece (its in my shop now), and bringing agility to the next cap once carrying is 61
