My HB is well into his power build. STR 3capped, CAR almost 3capped, and SPD/AGI being trained.
Was it a bad idea to stop at the third cap for STR? Would it be a waste to go back and try and 4cap it now?
I see a lot of Pwerback builds with STR ~90 and carrying substantially lower... I though STR and CAR should be kept about even-stephen but was I mislead?
