I'm in the process of converting my (former) spd DE to a more balanced one so that I can move up on the Depth chart. My Str is 70(no equipment) and my Shed Block is 5. I have 20 SP after the first game. Should I try to boost Shed Block to 8 or 9? or would boosting Str to 75ish be better?

what are speed and agility? Shed blocks is dependent on agility and strength combined, so you could say it's agility dependent.

Speed is 92 and Agility is 84. I think I'm going to put my lvl 56 equipment into Agility.

The strength isn't going to help that much. I think you should switch a piece of eq from speed to agility.
