Which would you do? Level 53 CB, and assume you're happy with where everything else is at.

1. Shutdown Coverage from 3 up to 7
2. Change Direction from 4 up to 8
3. Confidence from 32 up to 48

At that level I'd go SDC. I'm surprised CD isn't already higher, though. :S
