They're here, they're queer, get used to em. Finally out, sorry that they're late - as always, my fault. I spend too much of my free time doing things that would make CV proud (and a few things that would make him boot me off the roster) and not enough on the rankings. Meh.

Enjoy!

1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys
JTD - Perennial favorites. They are still the most talented team in GLB even if they cant seem to win that elusive USAPL title.
Capaneus - Every season, I think they're going to win it all.
TheAceExpert - The best team in USA Pro and they're dominance has been well documented by winning all seven conference championships that they've ever played in. All that is left is the Bort Bowl before roster changes influenced by the decline. Can you say HUNGRY?
jtserb - They don't make it to the championship this year.

2. ***Official*** Football Guys
Capaneus - While they have great OC/DC talent, Duff leaving is still a blow. There's a power vacuum in the East, though, and they've got the best chance to come out on top.
TheAceExpert - No disrespect to the Champs here because they aren't #1 but every team will be gunning for them
coachviking - Hey they are the champs and they actually seemed to have gotten better in the offseason
Luzod - added some good talent (damnit Capaneus!)

3. Washington Wolfpack
JTD - Painmaker brought in some new blood to help get them over the hump. Rivals the Monkeys in terms of sheer talent levels.
jtserb - This is the year the Pack gets it done.
Luzod - I don't know what Wolfpack do, but they always do it right.
coachviking - Great team got even stronger. Sounds crazy but with Copeland they might even run even more in season 10

4. Cincinnati Shockers
JTD - the Eastern bridesmaids return once again to try and finally make it to the league finals in S10. They are helped by the fact that they loaded up with Green Bay refugees.
Luzod - Wondering how good they are atm. Look like a solid team everytime with top talent. However, sometimes they get upseted.
TheAceExpert - I've watched this team tear it up for a while and I believe they will continue that trend. Like WW they have a hell of a recruiting class as well.

5. Alpine Golfers
kurieg - Cavalier makes a good roster. Game planning not cutthroat enough?
Capaneus - With GBM and LVG gone, they're gonna reap the benefit and get another home playoff game outta it.
JTD - An outstanding recruiting class added to an already stout roster. This is the dark horse to take the East this season.

6. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors
kurieg - They're always better than people give credit for imo
Luzod - I don't think they'll miss the playoffs and I doubt they fall from elite rankings, but could be the best team ever here if their offense was producing more, because their defensive quality is amazingly impressive even to me.
Capaneus - A great squad, but while I can see them in the conference game, I can't see them winning it.

7. West Scranton Invaders
Luzod - Invaded USA Pro. I at same time think they'll make the playoffs and that they'll probably be 13-3 like everyone else last season.
Capaneus - I'm really glad they switched in, but it remains to be seen what WSI means when you translate it into American.
jtserb - Will take there lumps a bit, but will definitely be a top 10 team.
JTD - They have been an Elite club for 4 seasons now, but this year will be the true test to see how bad they want to win as there are very few easy wins in the USAPLs.

8. Indianapolis Gurupies
JTD - pulling in FAs from the gutted AAA powerhouse that was Margaritaville can only help Indi. This could be an aerial attack to rival that of NAN this season.
jtserb - All Gurupies will be turning 56 this season. Team has enough money for all to be fully equipped.

9. Minnesota Marauders
dyepntmaster - A lot of talent, can they put it all together?
JTD - talented team that just cant seem to find the right coordinators to use it properly.
jtserb - Just seems to be missing something. Not sure what it is.
Luzod - Not sure what happens to the Marauders, but I won't ever expect a perfect season from this guys, they always find a way to lose some weird games tbh.

10. Texas Roughnecks
Capaneus - Played great last season, and an unstoppable Tick helped them punch above their weight. They're pumped about this Earl dude, but he'll have to prove himself to me.
TheAceExpert - Hell of a ground game and I love the addition of Earl
kadafitcd - The new HB should make these guys mean but it may take away from Tick's success and have to change up the gameplan a bit
JTD - Im just not a believer in their vaunted rushing attack. IMO, they got worse by adding Earl and taking away from the Tick. Plus their defense is still suspect.

11. Northwest Arkansas Naturals
JTD - greatest show on turf last season and they recruited heavily in the off season to try and upgrade. Time will tell if they were helped or hurt by it.
coachviking - Nice run in season 1 in the Pro's gives them something to build on
Luzod - NAN is NAN. May be in, maybe out of the playoffs. They are great on what they do, but they hardly ever get convinving wins against anyone, as their defense is not constantly playing.

12. Over The Rhine Red Dots
dyepntmaster - Tooley kinda gave up midway through s9. Stellar recruiting class, OTR bounces back strong this season.
JTD - lots of names and talent here but I see this as more a celebrity softball team than I do a truly cohesive unit. They will win their fair share, but Im not sure they have what it takes to win the close ones.
TheAceExpert - Every time I come across the name jktooley I LMAO at the thought of his recruiting video. Henne has been talking non stop about how amazing this merger will be. Put up or shut up.
Luzod - Nah, chemistry too low will probably hurt them too much in the start of the season and their talent is not thaaaaaaaaaat amazingly high, so probably won't compensate. I don't think they'll make the playoffs once again.

13. San Diego Demolition
Luzod - Solid, but I remember them from a few seasons ago and not sure if they still the same, but back then they were only good. I doubt they'd have such a good last season if WW or someone else from AAA#2 was there... (anyway, wtf is up with those AAA#2 teams, every season someone goes 16-0 or 15-1 ffs).

14. Lincoln Navigators
JTD - DD is trying to get them back on track after a horrible beginning last season. We’ll see what he can do.
Luzod - I don't believe.

15. Compton Vikings
coachviking - MR. SMITH will be a huge help, real shot at the playoffs again
JTD - picked up The Larry Smith along with some others like Marley Bob. They look to be an improved squad this season.

16. San Diego Lightning
coachviking - The Lighting might have been hurt by the roster limits but they are still a very dangerous team
Capaneus - 55 and down. It's gonna hurt them the most. With Jaxx doing all the work, they're probably only going lower.

17. Carolina Hammer
jtserb - Top 5 defense in the league, but their offense is just very bad.
Luzod - Weirdest team ever.

18. South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice
Luzod - Their defense is solid and their offensive powers looks better than NAN. Probably will be fighting to be the best passing attack in USA Pro next season.
TheAceExpert - One of the weirdest team names that I have come across. 2nd best USA team moving up to USAPL IMO but I believe they will have their fair share of rookie mistakes.

19. Richey Royals
jtserb - This is my surprise team this year. Dusty Turner will get it done.
Capaneus - Beating LVG was the highlight of their season, so they have potential.

20. Washington Bullets
kadafitcd - Looking for them to make the playoffs again. Only 2 seasons removed from championship so maybe they can
Capaneus - A more decrepit version of Minny, it's been downhill for them since S7.
jtserb - The talent is there, can they use it right?

21. Chicago Hedgehogs
jtserb - That collapse last season was epic.
Luzod - Cool team, but not that improoved imo and didn't have a great show last season end.
TheAceExpert - Lost their final 7 games of the regular season and still somehow made it to the playoffs. With the current state of the West their luck runs out.

22. Ketchikan Kamper Adventure Rentals
Luzod - Other than their 3 pages of text about "how they got to USA Pro", I don't know anything about them, but their roster and their results haven't impressed me so far. Anyway, I wouldn't take them lightly.
jtserb - Track always fields a good squad, but I think they will be on the outside looking in come playoff time.
kadafitcd - Solid team here. They took home the AAA tourny I was in last season and played a number of Great squads
Capaneus - RRY refugees means this isn't entirely new to them.

23. Detroit Demon Lions
Capaneus - TSE doesn't care anymore, and neither should we.
TheAceExpert - What happened TSE?

24. Dread City Diabolicals
jtserb - Don't know much, but they played the Mice close last season.
TheAceExpert - Very underrated team IMO. Should do ok during their first season in the bigs.

25.Washington Slashers
kurieg - Slashers too high!
TheAceExpert - Holes on offense and defense.

26. New Jersey Blaze
jurieg - I only put them here because Slashers beat them last season. Truthfully, they are quite good and young
TheAceExpert - this team has potential but it will not be realized in Season 10.

27. Cleveland Buckeyes
Everyone - I really don't know

28. Parma Burglars
Capaneus - 6 wins in last year's West is nothing to sneeze at.
TheAceExpert - 6-10 record last season doesn't cut it IMO.

29. NY-CA Ground Pounders
jtserb - 3-13 last year was a fluke. This team is good and will figure it out this year.
xManning1018x - Could surprise a lot of teams this season. Better than 3-13.

30. Nashville Hounds
kadafitcd - Out to prove they belong, will better a couple teams
jtserb - Ya got your wish. Good Luck!

31. Columbus Woodys
Capaneus - Do they have a pulse?
jtserb - Like OTR they quit last year. If they try I have them to low, If they don't this is the correct ranking.

32. Pittsburgh Steel
jtserb - Don't even have a full roster. Hello AAA!
xManning1018x - Ouch.

Have a problem with our rankings? Shoot me a PM and you can join the committee. We're always looking for fresh blood.

4. Cincinnati Shockers- If Orangeblood gets Csnoka like season 8 carries, this team might win it all.
5. Alpine Golfers- As other committee member said. Great team, but is Cav cut throat enough? Liking to play the game right always costs them.

I got really lucky and we hired Soundwave as our OC (with Bevo and Hookem helping where needed) and youngJP90 helping me on the DC side so the burden has eased a great deal. Hopefully things pan out we will see as the season progresses.
