Any build ideas for Hunter? He has 2 eqip upgrades and 16 skill points to use.

Get the confidence built up. Without it, you will get trucked by bigger backs coming at you. You want that confidence to tackle that back.

I like to build my SS as a hitter. They're meant to hit. lol

What level level do you suggest?

I'd up the agility and jumping. Would also dump those VA's and go with Ballhawk, Jackhammer and maybe Powertackler.
