Not completely hopeless, but mistakes have been made. Don't spend any more SP on SAs. Use them all to soft cap attributes, starting with whatever is closest to 48 (not including equipment bonus) out of speed, agility, strength, vision, and tackling. Then start getting those same attributes to 61, speed and agility first.

Is anything capped or is that EQ!? I'd retire and re- roll.
