2 qbs 1 passing 1 running how do I put my Passing qb in on Passing plays only?,

You can't. Just set the energy settigns for QB at 1/2 and pray for your passing QB have enough stamina in the seconf half. Or if you don't pass more, set them around 60/70 and risk your rushing QB to throw some passes.
