Wow, he's really, really, really slow for a CB. I was going to send you an offer, but there is no way I can do that with such poor speed. You should retire him and start over. If you don't retire him, at least move as many veteran points as you can into Ball Hawk. Pick 1 or 2 attributes and max them out first. You should also redo all your equipment and put every point into speed.
