1. Are those you BASE attributes or with equipment? I'm assuming with equipment.
2. You want a base 70 strength and carrying (carrying also helps break tackles PLUS keeps the ball in your hands), base 60 speed and agility (you're good on agility).
3. you probably want to train vision and confidence as much as possible, the lower con the more susceptible you are to big hits and anything that could force a fumble.
4. Quick cut and first step are great for any back, I'd invest there as soon as you get #1 covered.
5. VAs, Bruiser, hands down best VA for a power back. Second wind is golden if you're on a team that likes to pound the ball.
