I had 4 players over lvl 30 (retired two this past offseason) and never had a roll like this:

+3 stamina
+1 Closing Speed SA

Looks like I found a reason to keep him around for a while.....

The +3 Stamina doesn't do much for me, but I love seeing the high end SA's in AEQ. My best roll (and what I bought) was a +1 Monster Hit +2 Tackle

I think stamina is great with this SA because I think Closing Speed tends to tire the player out faster, but I would have messed myself if it was +3 speed, agility or vision.

On my two players i have the following

FS:
+3 agility
+1 Closing Speed


SS:
+3 vision
+1 super vision
