no, too exploitable. That's the reason it hasn't been put in. Unless the defense can adjust the AI depending on who is in the huddle. Perfectly normal on any level of football since defense is always reactive to who is in the line up an example being in college pro and in high school even, when a team has a 5 wide set, there is always enough dbs to cover them. In real football if there is a qb that runs the football 100% of the time and a qb that only passes the football, a defensive coordinator would make the necessary adjustments pretty quickly. The Wildcat formation is only effective because the starting QB in still in the game usually lined up as a WR. Also in college, teams that do run a duel QB system, example Florida and LSU a couple of season ago, the running qb is still as apt to pass the ball as run the ball and effective either way, defense can't just stack the box.

Also if you haven't lived under a rock last season, there is a way to set up the OAI and special formation to always get a running QB in for specific plays. Set your passing QB in either the TE1 or TE2 and on qb run plays set that TE into the play which will force your running qb as the QB. I have no problems with this cause it is set up like a true Wildcat.
