+1 Lower the Shoulder SA

Is it a keeper? I mean, Lower the Shoulder might be nice with high strength to break tackles. Thanks.

That's the theory. I have a piece, bringing my LTS up to 7, and it fires occasionally. Then again, I use 70% elusive running, so I tend to break tackles that way instead.
