If I create a custom D play and add it the AI then select the Special postions (say LolB1) will it use lolb1 or is that only going to work if you u dont select a specific play?

Im assuming it will work with the special positions but I dont want to spend a lot of time setting stuff up just to not have it work

It will swap the positions for you.

It will use which ever one you put in there LOLB1 LOLB. You can also do it by formation I believe. The ultimate over ride is in the AI selection.

Correct me if I am wrong here peeps.

I'm still not certain of this. The problem is the "or" between the custom play and the basic D play that allows for custom slots. I'd love to know the answer for certain.

it would be super illogical if the AI didnt always take precedence. but there have been other examples of something not following the 'it would be super illogical ...' argument so a confirmation from GLB heaven would be appropriate

The AI takes precedence, if you have two different things set for a custom slot. Formation specific only works if you don't override it with an output.
