Has anybody experimented with this on their WR. Im trying to make my WR unstoppable and one way I want to do that is by exploiting CB's and Saftey's weak strength ratings. They can be faster, more agile, have all the confidence in the world, but use is all of that if they cant tackle your guy?

actually, a lot of CBs are starting to pump their strength up to 50 for jackhammer VA. and this has been done many times before. in only a few instances has it been successful (Colon Grifter being a good example of success). the main reason is because many people just dont know how to build them. they put SPs into strength way too early, and since WRs dont get natural gains on strength, it winds up being very wasteful. i came up with an idea while back though... what would happen if you were planning on making a break tackle WR, but instead of strength you pumped carrying super high. you get natural gains on carrying, and im pretty sure carrying also helps break tackles, as well as helping you tuck in the ball, and avoiding fumbles. you would of course want some strength eventually to help compliment the carrying, but that would be a pretty secondary thing for once you have all your primaries and other secondaries up.

You know.. there's a lot of talk going on about how wasteful it is to build a certain way..

If you're going for the perfect 10th season build.. congratulations.

Some people actually want to build and play a certain way in the early part of their career too. If some guys wants to get his WR to 50 strength by level 13, more power to him.
