He is a slow build

Really slow. Why is speed the only thing capped at level 17?

any new advice that anyone can give me... hes about to be lvl 26

i didnt see the build before but that looks good. you should have capped agility since you are so close, make sure to get that done next. then focus on 1 attribute to 3rd cap (catching i assume) unless you dont want to keep slow building him.

Ya.. Im going agility to 68. Then catching to 60

get vision up to cap NEXT!
