First off lay off the SAs until you're mid to high lvl 20s

Second, work on nothing but speed and agility until both are in their 70s, preferably 80s

that should keep you busy for awhile

DE's aren't tackle machines. Deal with it.

DEs make LB's jobs easier for the most part, unless you become a sack master.

you named your DE Doug Funny... hes doomed to be average.

Remember. Your building a DE not a DT. Lay off of Strength for about 15 more levels so you can get your speed/agility way way way up from what it is.
