Should I take speed to 68 natural(15SP) and then cap agility at level 15?

Or is soft capping Agility now and then waiting til level 15 to take Speed to 68 a better idea?

I'd soft cap agility first, since you're going to roll over the decimal.

Yes agility helps covering the TE or the HB coming out of the backfield.

He is going to be a pass rusher/pass defene LB.. I know agility would help shed blocks and cover TE/HB but I wasn't sure if I should go one more lv of speed.

You can do speed after soft capping agility.
