spent on tackling too early you're slow and have no agility. Grrrrrrrrrr

should i retire him or does he still have a chance to turn out ok.

I will not tell you whether or not to retire a guy.

But he will definitely not turn out "ok", if that helps your decision?

If you keep him add speed and agility till 61, then go back to working on other things. I say 61 because you're already pretty far behind. Normally I would say 68.
