I'm trying for a ROLB but I'm probably going to play LOLB for this season.

what are his attributes without eq? agility needs to be capped like yesterday, and then raised to 61 asap, assuming speed is 2nd capped already. vision needs to be capped soon too. stop spending points in any SA other than shed blocks at this point, spreading points out evenly in SAs for a LB doesn't help, especially when attributes are low. i'd consider moving some eq out of tackling, and you should have your tactics set to power tackling as well.
