What should I look for in the roll, and what caps should I try to reach 1st?

No offense intended, but there are dozens of threads on building WRs in this forum. Five minutes of your time would get you the answers you seek.

Your question is not specific enough for us to answer. What kind of receiver are you aiming for?

speed. And trust me I've looked, but none really get into specifically what im asking. If there was a search feature on these forums, ok, itd be easier to find. But theres not.

Im just looking for advice for which skills to cap 1st, and to what cap (3rd, etc) to get them to.

If you're aiming for a speedster and you have a long-term outlook:

Train speed/agility until you have enough SPs to soft cap speed.
Start dumping SPs in to speed until you hit your desired cap (74+ for a true speedster). Train agility/vision in the mean time.
Bring agility to 68. Train Catching/Jumping.
Bring catching to 60 or 68.

Customize your player from there.

I'll say get agility to 73 instead of 68.
