Have 3 boosts for Season 9 remaining (will boost after signing with a team).

Also, I will purchase Custom EQ upon signing.

Will also boost at beginning of Season 10 to make him a Level 29 QB.

This QB also has 800k in his own bank so I won't need EQ help until Level 40

Would prefer starting job, but if I can get enough plays for max XP I will take that as well.
