How's his build look so far? Should I be second capping agility next as my strength is now at 4th cap?

Str is technically at the third cap (or the 4:1 cap), with the first being 48.07, and the second being 60.52.

If he's a NT more str. If a DT more agility.

I'd go agility either way.
