Let me introduce you to Mustang Mishkan. Currently a Level 44 QB, Mustang will soon be boosted to level 47 and quickly upgrade to 48. He comes fully equipped with a strong arm. Mustang is interception free, and has very good feet under a strong body. I've been pushing Vision and Confidence lately, and I think you'll like the stats you'll pick up.
