Not sure the point of the thread but I just got one that gives me +3 speed and +2 Tunnel Vision

imo you are a bit confused on his build. you have pass rushing SAs and AEQ, but your attribute bonuses lean heavily towards strength. speed is rather low and agility is not all that high either.
