I've really concentrated on skills i feel will help him in the middle and leadership skills as well. Any advise or i'm i on the right track?

Way too many points into SAs... I don't mind the Hard Hitter ones as it will help the secondary to have DG up so high but too many points invested in SAs overall...

I love the strength and tackling though. Very overlooked attribute at MLB...
