What do you guys think?

Strength impacts a greater number of abilities, including the ability to tackle, so I'd give it the advantage.

I dont know if it is true or not but it seems logical the higher the strength the more speed you need because your speed will slow with higher strength. I would say if you had higher tackling then your focus can be on balanced or trying to cause more fumbles. just a thought I dont know if that is true or not though just speculation. strength is important though so your dont just get bowled over

Completely False. I would say more str helps your in game speed more than anything. It also keeps your stamina up higher so you can play more intense longer.
I don't know where you heard this. Maybe you just think you're seeing it. But I can tell you I have a S.S. with 70 str and has less speed than you think. I bet if you look at him play you would think he has a certain amount of speed. Then I would tell you and you'd be surprised.

both are important. It's an apples to oranges comparison. Your role in the defense determines which you need to be higher and how high you need each of them to be. How high one gets is not really relevant to how high the other needs to be. Anymore that you would argue about which is more important, agility or vision.

I would say both are very important but tackling has the edge. The player needs to wrap up.

There is no right answer to this because opinions vary big time on this.
Both have strengths and weaknesses and it all depends on LB position.

If you're a MLB, both should be 3:1 capped at a bare minimum. If you're an OLB, both should be soft-capped at a bare minimum.
Which is more important than the other is a very difficult question to ask. And as previously alluded to, neither are worth the hair on my ass without agility/vision.

From life experiences, I would say the tackling. the correct form in tackling can completely out weigh the strength of a player.

Right. I bet u also know from life experience when a strong guy hits you with no technique, you're either going down or not getting up.

It already is. Quite a bit more. STR mostly helps you hold them back when you make the tackle.

What you see bort say is this. What he means is this.
Figuratively speaking- not really the formula.
Tackle is 4/11 str is 3/11 agility is 2/11 vision is 2/11
so you can see it's quite a bit more, yet relatively still equal.
