On a scale from one to ten. What should I work on?

Probably getting a girlfriend. The TE should get vision and then agility up. I think you have trained strenght/blocking/stamina to much for your lvl. 6.

I like the catching, but vision should have been your second cap IMO. Go back and cap it then finish your spd/agi
