I'm considering having a balanced, solid catching TE but is it worth it if he has no speed/ agility? I would appreciate any advice

When the TE 1/2 slots came open, balanced TEs became a thing of the past. Try to excel at 1 or the other

my best advice is keep looking at the marketplace. You will notice what builds beg for a team to sign em for days if not weeks and which ones are only there for a day 2 tops. That's one of the methods I used building mine.

My TE will be non-traditional for GLB, but more Traditional for football.
We'll see how it pans out.

I started out a blocking TE.. was released from my current roll and had to play catchup to become a receiving threat.. work on your WR attributes first.. then bring blocking into the equation.
