We have a very capable running game as well as a pretty good passing game. We finished the season with a top 5 offense in our league and our record was a very good 14-2. Look at our record from last season, alot of the same players coming back, and same coordinators. Had to let players go because of the raise in cap, but are being replaced with better players, still some changes to made on roster.

Team is paid for for the next 3 seasons, not sure if I can commit more.

Finally, check out the competition in our league.

I've known the owner of the team since season 2 and he's a great owner. If you were to pm everyone on the team I don't think you'd find 1 unhappy person.

WHAT I WANT:
- Competitive team with a capable running game -- check see above
- Starting spot in level-appropriate league, or at the least, a nearly even split of plays check you will start
- Coach and coordinators who actually know what they're doing check - boco and donroger are 2 of the best offensive coaches and hardest working ai grinders you will ever see , they took our 8th place team and scouted us thru to the conference and league championship.
- Long-term commitment to your team FROM YOU. I only want to start with a one year deal to see if I like it there, but I need a certain level of commitment from you. The last 2 teams I was on folded after 2 seasons. I want to find a team to finish my career with. check one year deal , i have extended my team ownership thru season 12

- You are searching for a good runnning team, here we are. Our HBs won the rushing titles for the last 2 seasons in our leagues.

-We are in an uncapped league, so the level is appropriate. You will get good Playtime for sure

-I (OC) and the other GMs were active on this game on a daily basis for the last 4 seasons (the time we got the team).

- We are long term thinkers commited to this game and we are also a group that likes to be competitive each season.

Bump... I should note that daily salary means nothing to me, and it wont affect my decision at all. So if you submitted an offer and want to change it to a minimum salary offer, I definitely wont hold it against you. If you posted here and havent sent a contract, feel free to do sol to make it easier to keep track of.
