I want to make 2 Ends and two OLBs.. and I just want them to be all to be of the blitzing variety.. what Tactics should I do, what roll should I aim for, and what skills are most important to a good blitzer?

It depends on your scheme but obviously agility and speed are the top two attributes you want to invest in.

What Special Abilities are most affective do you think

depends on the position, but if you're building for long term you shouldn't worry about SA's early on. Wait until it becomes more economical to use SP's for SA's. At lower levels it's usually poor building practice to invest SP's into SA's.
