I have Custom EQ and I do boost.
Not looking for a Starting Role, back up role is all that is needed - he doesn't have the Stamina or Confidence to be a Starting QB yet.
Hopefully as this season goes through, I will be able to get him to be confident and enough Stamina as those are my two works in progress.
