In my opinion your build looks pretty good. Bump throwing up to 68 base just to get the cap and vision up to 60 base for the cap. Leave confidence alone for a little while it looks pretty high though I'm not positive on that. From there it's your choice you can go for the next cap in throwing or the 60 cap in str it just depends what you want from him.
