I don't know much but your putting SP in your SA way to early.

wow...that is 17 points that could be spent in your attributes!!!! retire him and start over....or vow not to put anymore points in the SA trees until level 30!!!!!

hate to say it, but that build is all screwy with eq being everywhere, sa's off the walls, and not building each attribute in a sensical order. Retire now before it's too late and you become attached.

I agree. Its not a great start...retiring him is probably a good idea to avoid having to spend time fixing him.
