say you have 8 in Shed Block if you have 5 in Break through would it work like you had a 13 in Shed Block?

No it would work like you have 8 in shed blocks and 5 in break through if you are double teamed.

My LDE has 3 break through, upgrading to 4 soon, and another break through piece in the works. In a few seasons we'll see how it works.
