would Confidence only be useful for DEs that get pancaked a lot? or does Confidence in general make every player better?

I notice a huge increase after getting confidence past 40

Confidence is the most helpful attribute to have near the soft cap (unless you're a kicker/punter)

It helps you all around, but getting your majors up really high is better.

It should be one of the last things you increase on a player, but yeah, it can help you to raise it
