My kicker is a level 49. He's been very consistent, has made over 87 percent of his field goals.

Go to retirement imo. Theres kickers 25 levels lower with more kicking.

More kicking does not equal "a better kicker."

In part, it does. The kicking + confidence + strength + vision + agility + speed attributes determine the quality of a kicker, and it's been shown that kicking is more important than any other single attribute.

Now is a 100 Kicking, 80 Conf guy worse than a 110 kicking 20 Conf guy? No, but it will have long-term impacts on the build if kicking isn't pushed before the other attributes to take advantage of natural leveling.

The guy is level 49 already, near perfect on FG's, capped special abilities and an early build... the last thing he needs is kicking. I would bump up confidence if anything.
