I have 3 AD EQ and I don't know which one is better.

Superior Purple Cleats
+1 speed, +1 Jumping Catch SA

Superior Red Visor
, +1 First Step SA


Superior Yellow Doo Rag
, +1 Route Running SA

Which one should I upgrade?

Depends on what kind of receiver is wearing the EQ. For a Speed WR I'd rate the First Step SA more important than the Route Running SA. Reverse for a Possession WR. I'm not a fan of the Jumping Catch SA but that +1 speed is a nice bonus.

The Jumping Catch one.... but I would personally try to find better items if you can spare the shopping tokens. At level 57 you should have access to much better items! My Level 24 WR has a +1 stamina, +1 First Step SA... so I'm sure you can do much better.

They give me more defensive abilities like monster hit and glare for some reason...

being a higher level does not equate to better eq. you typically get the best eq you are going to get in the upper 20s to mid 30s. you are not likely to get a +2, +SA piece at any level.

take something that gives you a major stat and an ability or an added effect. they will increase every other time you upgrade
