I wouldn't. If you get a VA reset, change out Quick for something more useful. The 2 or 3 points you're getting isn't helping that much for the number of VA points you are spending.

More vision and carrying will help fire off your elusive VAs. I'm not sure where your natural agility is, but I'd consider taking it to the 6:1 cap. Although it will take a bit at your level. Definitely start w/ capping vision and carrying.

What setting are you running at? If you're on super elusive, I think that your vision is a bit low for it.

make sure u have a 401k, or an IRA set up before u even think abt retirement
