I have a Level 6 RB with 27 Speed and Power he breaks tackles every play and has never fumbled

Dude is obviously new . . . no need to hate.
To the OP: I would retire and start over. Try and work on one attribute at a time, and get either speed or strength to 48 as quickly as possible.
