So I've got a piece of AEQ for my blocking FB with +1 Block & +1 Run Block (special ability). I've since upgraded it a few times, but am wondering if it's a good piece or if I should look for a new piece of AEQ to replace it.

That's a pretty good piece.Run block is basically the same as +% hold block, so a +hold block piece might be a little better, since it would also work on pass protection.
