We had an excellent season overall and with a select few upgrades (most already done), we plan on storming Oceania Pro. We have highly active leadership, very good players/agents and I do a lot of little things (movies, league write ups, play by plays) to make Guadalcanal an appealing place to reside. We will not pack up in the middle of the night at no point in the foreseeable future, if we have a tough season, it just means the team as a whole needs to focus and continue to work.
You would step into the starting LG position and as I find this to be the most vulnerable spot on the line, all your equipment would be guaranteed when you need it. Contract and salary are competitive but fiscally responsible by the team. It's a roughly 50/50 snap rotation which translates into 40+ snaps regularly. We have a special teams unit so you wouldn't participate in that aspect.
