Retire or keep trucking?

I'm the dreaded level 39 so I'll be back-up for several years before I get any decent playing time as I missed the level 38 cap due to some crappy planning on playing time by my OC the last 2 years.

Should I retire as this was my 1st player and I've leared a lot more or should I keep going and just not boost?

Don't retire, this is a decent build.

Train stam/confidence, pump SP's into catching to the 3:1 cap.

I was going to get Catchig up next and then maybe some more SA's but I don't know if its worth boost him or not. I boosted the last 2 seasons and got crap playing time which just felt like a waste of $

YOM's advice is OK. I personally would do another jumping cap instead.

Car/con and str/blk are OK trains as well.
