FantasyFanbase All-Stars, 65% probability - They get this spot if both they and DVA lose. In fact, they get this spot as long as DVA loses and Philly wins. They also get it if all three 8-7 teams win.
Philadelphia Fighters, 25% probability - Philly gets this spot if they beat 4-11 Arkansas AND either DVA or FantasyFanbase loses, but not both.
Death Valley Assassins, 10% probability - They get this spot if Philadelphia loses (unlikely) and FantasyFanBase wins, regardless of whether they win or lose their match with PwzerTown.

#2 seed:

Houston Toros, 78% probability - they get this spot if they defeat the 8-7 Nevada Rampage (assuming LA wins their game)
Honolulu Bulls, 20% probability - they get this spot if Houston loses (or theoretically, if LA loses) and they win against 3-12 St. Louis

#6 seed:

Philadelphia Fighters, 60% probability - They get this if they win their game against 4-11 Arkansas and DVA loses.

Not necessarily. That only happens if Houston and Honolulu win as well.

how do the matchups work after the first round? as in the winner of which two games would play eachother in the second and third round?

i nominate vtech to do the scouting for this round ... my brain still hurts from last time lol. we're getting ahead of ourselves though, surviving that far is going to be challenging enough.

Pittsburgh Steel Curtain, 36% probability - They should have no trouble beating 3-12 West Charleville, but they need help from other teams to finish higher than the 6th seed
PwzerTown Dream Team, 34% probability - If they lose to 8-7 Death Valley, and the Purple People Eaters defeat the 6-9 Bayou Bengals, they will get the #6 seed
Minnesota Purple People Eaters, 30% probability - They finish here if they lose to the 6-9 Bengals

Lexington Lynx, 40% probability - all they need is for PwzerTown to lose and they lock up the 3rd seed, regardless of their own game

Minnesota Purple People Eaters, 42% probability - If they beat the 6-9 Bengals AND PwzerTown loses to 8-7 Death Valley, they get this spot
Pittsburgh Steel Curtain, 40% probability - If Minn PPE loses, they get this spot. They also get it if Minn PPE win and PwzerTown loses
PwzerTown Dream Team, 18% probability - They end up here if both they and Minnesota are upset

Lexington Lynx, 60% probability - If PwzerTown wins, they get this spot, their own game is irrelevant
Minnesota Purple People Eaters, 28% probability - First, they have to win. If PwzerTown loses, they grab this last home playoff spot
Pittsburgh Steel Curtain, 12% probability - If both Minnesota and PwzerTown lose, they finagle a home playoff game

One very interesting note ... the Lexington Lynx, who have one of the most competitive looking matchups, have nothing to play for.

Their seeding will be determined entirely by the PwzerTown game as they have tiebreakers on all three of the teams (PwzerTown, Minnesota, Pittsburgh) that might end up in a 12-4 tie, but finish last in both a 2 (VEGAS) and 3-way tie at 13-3 (VEGAS, PwzerTown). At least Lexington has the comfort of knowing that regardless of whether they finish #3 or #4, they are locked in to a home playoff.

However, the game is not irrelevant to other teams ... PwzerTown captures the #2 seed if they end up in a 2-way with VEGAS at 13-3, but in a 3-way tie at 13-3 the results are VEGAS, PwzerTown, Lexington.
