Should my next move be 2-Cap Agil or Soft Cap vision?

if I DO do agility, what should I be training in the meantime?

22 Skill Points to second cap agility + less automatic level gains in agility

or

17 Skill Points to cap vision + larger automatic level gains

(train intense agility+stamina for one or two points in agility; each trained up point is worth 2 Skill Points now)

Yes, I would go with vision due to the leveling gains. But I am a big believer in vision. Agility should be 2nd Capped but the gains to vision are nice in the earlier levels of the build. I would train agility as the SP return is better and 48 cap vision. The switch to training vision and put SP into agility.

Also, is my build heading in the right direction as of now?

What I mean is, does it look good, or have any huge flaws?

Every level 19 is going to have flaws... But you've done well to get your major skills all up to or past the 48 cap. Speed is good for a while IMO. Getting Agility 60 capped is what I would do as I see you did 48 cap vision. Best thing you can do when building (in my experience) is just stick to your plan. Map out the next 5-10 levels to see where you want to be at. It has really helped me understand the 'behind the scenes' aspect of player building. Training and Natural Leveling. It takes some time, but really can show you the benefits of specific training plans and natural leveling gains. The fact that this game changes so much from season to season with nerfs or buffs means that it is very, very difficult to build the perfect player. There's always a chance something will be added that makes getting a certain attribute to a certain level "not worth it" Don't get too crazy with SA's and stay systematic in what you're doing and the build will usually turn out pretty well. My level 55 SS was garbage (IS garbage compared to my younger players) until I just set up exactly what I wanted to do with him and stuck to it for 15 levels or so. His build rounded out nicely and he had some good results this year in big games. He's by far from the perfect player build, but was probably the most fun I've had with player in GLB in terms of seeing results on the field.
