one common opinion would be to triple cap vision. another would be to cap tackling. some would even do strength first. i would suggest you train jmp/cth rather than jmp/str at this point.

Does catch only help you with INT's or does it help PD's as well?

I don't know. That would be a good question for CB experts.

If it only helps with INT's I think those points would be better spent somewhere else. What do you think McFadden?

I don't think he was going to spend SP on catching...I would probably never recommend any LB doing that, until a very late level.

Hell, even training wouldn't be worth it until everything else is done.

well, you never know. It can be nice to have a little bit in there. It is possible to make interceptions with LB. One teammate of mine had 16 this season, in a low league.
