The Naga Fireballs will be capped at level 24 in season ten. I joined the team as offensive coordinator before week eight on May 10. At the time, the team was 0-7 and had a difficult time moving the ball. After joining the team, installing a new OAI and adjusting the depth chart the best that I could, the team finished out the season at 8-1 (lost to the best team in the conference) and made the playoffs! Our depth really hurt us, we had just five offensive linemen on the entire roster. We also had just one TE, who happened to be inactive and poorly built. We also had some players with bad builds.
I am looking to build an offense similar to the offense that I've built with the team I own (Chile Chupacabras, currently 17-0), but the offense we'll run will depend on the players that we'll be able to bring in. Here's a description of what I'm looking for by position, please PM me if you have any questions!
QB (1) - Rushing QB only. I do have one QB on the roster, he's a pocket passer, I have never coached a rushing QB before, but am open to the idea of being more versatile on offense.
HB (1) - Would prefer a speed/agility build, but will also consider the power back builds as well. Starting position is available.
FB (2) - Prefer blocking backs over rushing backs, but will consider signing one of each. Starting position is available.
C (2) - Looking for high strength and blocking attributes. Also looking at vision and agility. Starting position is available.
G (3) - Same as the center position. Starting position is available.
OT (4) - Looking at the strength, blocking, and agility attributes. Will also look at vision. Starting position is available.
TE (2) - Looking for one blocking TE and one receiving TE. Starting position is available and may change accordingly to our game plan (run vs. pass).
WR (3) - Prefer WR's with high speed with agility and catching capped. Starting positions are available.
K (1) - Looking for high kicking attribute. Will also look at strength, vision, confidence, and other secondary attributes as well as performance.
