My player will have 68 speed without equipment. With a +8 equipment would get to 76. His Agility should be soft capped to 48 by day 10 or so of next season, therefore he's the real deal for a level 13 cap team. Will sign with a team willing to pay level 8 and 16 equipment and he also must be a starter or in a 2 HB rotation. Send PM if you want to see his build and you should get his build in the same day.
Also, a team planning to win it all would be a plus, but not necessary.
